This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our
Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Communications: any messages, support requests, or feedback you send us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Local Device Storage: certain dashboard data — including your glucose logs, meal history, profile information, and coaching history — is stored locally on your device using browser local storage, to power the dashboard’s tracking, charting, and personalization features.
- Usage Data: we may collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as which features you use and when, for the purpose of improving the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including your Member Dashboard and AI coaching features.
- To personalize AI coaching responses based on your health profile, goals, and logged history.
- To process payments, manage your membership, and communicate with you about billing.

- To track guarantee-eligibility activity (such as days used and coaching responses received) as described in our Terms and Conditions.
- To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and process refund requests.
- To improve the Service, including through aggregated and de-identified analysis of usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. How Your Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell your health information, to any third party. We share information only as described below:

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy at least as protective of your information.
4. Local Storage & Data Persistence
- Much of your dashboard data (glucose logs, meal history, profile, and coaching history) is stored locally on the device and browser you use to access the Service, rather than in a centralized cloud database tied to your account.
- This means your data is currently device-specific: if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use a different browser, your historical logs and dashboard data may not be available unless you have separately enabled or been provided cross-device synchronization.
- We are not responsible for loss of locally-stored data resulting from actions you take on your own device or browser, including clearing cache/storage, browser updates, or device changes.
- A record of your access (email address) and certain activity (such as meal logs, for guarantee-tracking purposes) is also sent to our CRM platform via a tracking webhook each time you log an entry, independent of local device storage.
5. Data Retention
- We retain account, billing, and CRM contact information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Locally-stored dashboard data persists on your device until you clear it, or until your browser/device removes it (e.g., through storage limits or manual clearing).
- If you cancel your membership, we may retain limited records of your account and transaction history as required for accounting, legal, and tax purposes.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the rights described below. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.
6.1 General Rights
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in our systems (note: this does not include data stored only in your local browser storage, which you control directly on your device).
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate information we hold about you, or you may update certain information directly within your Member Dashboard (via the Settings/profile feature).
- Deletion: You may request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information we are required to retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes).
- Clearing Local Data: You may clear your locally-stored dashboard data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data/storage for the Service.
6.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
6.3 European Economic Area / UK Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where we rely on your consent to process certain information, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
7. Health Information & Sensitive Data
THE SERVICE IS A WELLNESS COACHING PLATFORM AND IS NOT A COVERED ENTITY UNDER THE HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (HIPAA). HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE THROUGH THE SERVICE IS NOT SUBJECT TO HIPAA PROTECTIONS, AND IS INSTEAD GOVERNED BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
We treat the health and wellness information you provide (glucose readings, A1C values, medication status, neuropathy status, and similar information) as sensitive, and we limit its use to providing and personalizing the Service as described in this Policy. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
9. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access link or device used to access the Service.
10. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
11. Contact Information
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, would like to exercise any of the rights described above, or have concerns about how your information is handled, please contact us at:
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
